By booking a service with MedNile, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


Services Provided

MedNile offers medical tourism coordination, including travel arrangements, accommodation, and liaison with healthcare providers. We do not provide direct medical treatment.


💳 Booking and Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy

A. Booking & Payment Terms

Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total package cost is required to confirm your booking.
Final Payment: The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 14 days before the scheduled departure date.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other secure payment gateways.


B. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our cancellation and refund policy is structured to be fair and transparent:

a. Cancellations by the Client

More than 30 days before departure:
 ○ Refund: 75% of the total package cost.
 ○ The initial 25% deposit is non-refundable.
15 to 30 days before departure:
 ○ Refund: 50% of the total package cost.
7 to 14 days before departure:
 ○ Refund: 25% of the total package cost.
Less than 7 days before departure:
 ○ Refund: 0% (No refund available).

Note: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to [Insert Contact Email].

b. Cancellations Due to Medical Reasons

If a certified medical professional advises against travel due to health concerns:
Notification Period: Must notify us at least 7 days before departure.
Required Documentation: A formal medical certificate stating the inability to travel.
Refund: Full refund of the total package cost, minus any non-recoverable expenses (e.g., visa fees, non-refundable hotel bookings).

c. Cancellations by MedNile

In the unlikely event that MedNile must cancel your trip:
Options Provided:
 ○ Full refund of all payments made.
 ○ Option to reschedule the trip at no additional cost.


C. Refund Processing

Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refund Method: Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.


D. No-Show Policy

● Clients who do not arrive at the designated departure point without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.”
Refund: No refunds will be issued for no-shows.


E. Travel Insurance

● We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
● MedNile is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of appropriate travel insurance.

Note: Refunds exclude the non-refundable deposit and any non-recoverable expenses.


Medical Considerations

● Clients must provide accurate medical information and obtain clearance from their healthcare provider.
● In emergencies, MedNile will coordinate care but is not liable for medical outcomes.


Liability

● MedNile is not responsible for unforeseen events such as travel delays, natural disasters, or changes in medical condition.
● Clients are advised to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance.
